At TIE Fitness, we're excited to partner with St. John's Preschool to provide convenient fitness classes right after school. This initiative allows parents to enjoy a later pick-up time and eliminates the hassle of evening drives to activities. Additionally, we offer parent classes during the day while children are engaged in their regular classes.
